Returns & Refund Policy

1. Introduction
This Returns & Refund Policy explains when products bought from Vrrpha may be returned, exchanged, credited or refunded.
Vrrpha sells selected automotive parts and limited-time vehicle parts deals where correct fitment is important. Customers must confirm compatibility before ordering if they are unsure whether a product is suitable for their vehicle.
This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Warranty Policy, Delivery Policy and any product-specific notes shown on the product page.
2. Deal items and limited stock
Vrrpha may sell products as part of limited-time deals, Vrrpha Week Deals, promotional offers, stock-limited offers or selected product deals.
Deal pricing may end when the timer runs out, when stock sells out, when supplier stock changes, or when the deal is removed from the website.
Returning a deal item does not guarantee that the same product will still be available at the same deal price.
If an exchange is requested and the original deal has ended or stock is no longer available, Vrrpha may offer a refund, store credit, replacement option or alternative product where available.
3. Incorrect part supplied by Vrrpha
If Vrrpha supplies the incorrect part compared to what was ordered and confirmed, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
To request a return, email admin@vrrpha.co.za.
You may be asked to provide:
Order number
Photos of the product received
Photos of the product packaging
Photos of the courier packaging
Vehicle details
The part ordered
The part received
Any relevant part numbers
Any other information needed to review the claim
If Vrrpha confirms that the incorrect part was supplied by us, we may arrange one of the following:
Replacement with the correct part
Store credit
Refund
Collection or return courier arrangement
If the error was caused by Vrrpha, Vrrpha will cover reasonable return courier costs.
4. Customer ordered the wrong part
If the customer orders the wrong part, supplies incorrect vehicle information, does not confirm fitment, or ignores fitment guidance, Vrrpha may refuse the return.
A return may be considered only if:
The product is unused
The product has not been fitted, installed, plugged in, tested or used
The product is still in its original packaging
The packaging is undamaged
The product is complete with all labels, seals, accessories and documents
The product is in resaleable condition
Vrrpha approves the return in writing
If approved, return courier costs may be for the customer’s account.
A handling fee, courier fee or restocking fee may apply where permitted by law.
5. Products that cannot be returned
Vrrpha may refuse returns for:
Products that have been fitted
Products that have been installed
Products that have been plugged in
Products that have been used or tested
Products with damaged, opened or missing packaging
Products not in resaleable condition
Products missing labels, seals, accessories, manuals or documents
Electrical parts that have been opened, plugged in, fitted, installed, tested or used
Special-order items
Items damaged by incorrect installation
Items damaged by misuse, neglect, racing, track use or vehicle faults
Items ordered using incorrect customer-supplied vehicle details
Items returned without written approval from Vrrpha
Items outside the allowed return period
This does not limit any rights the customer may have under applicable South African law.
6. Electrical parts
Electrical parts are not returnable once opened, plugged in, fitted, installed, tested or used, unless the part is proven defective and accepted through the warranty process or where required by law.
Electrical parts may include, but are not limited to:
Sensors
Ignition coils
Control units
Control modules
Switches
Electronic valves
Solenoids
Relays
Actuators
Mechatronic or electronic components
Wiring-related parts
Electronic fuel or engine management components
Other electronic vehicle components
Electrical parts can be damaged by incorrect diagnosis, short circuits, voltage issues, poor installation, water ingress, existing vehicle faults or modified vehicle systems.
For this reason, customers should confirm diagnosis and fitment before ordering electrical parts.
7. Defective products
If you believe a product is defective, contact Vrrpha as soon as possible.
You may be asked to provide:
Proof of purchase
Photos or videos showing the issue
Proof of fitment by a competent or approved workshop
Diagnostic report where applicable
Vehicle details
VIN, engine code or part number where applicable
Description of the fault
Photos of the old part and replacement part where relevant
Any fault codes, test results or workshop findings
Defective products will be handled according to the Vrrpha Warranty Policy and applicable South African consumer law.
A product will not automatically be refunded because it is reported as defective. The item may need to be inspected, tested, returned to the supplier, or assessed before a warranty or refund outcome is confirmed.
8. Damaged deliveries
If your parcel arrives damaged, notify Vrrpha as soon as possible.
Please provide:
Order number
Delivery date
Photos of the courier packaging
Photos of the product packaging
Photos of the damaged item
A short description of the damage
Do not throw away the product, courier packaging, labels or internal packaging until Vrrpha or the courier has reviewed the claim.
Damage claims may be refused if the customer does not report the issue promptly or cannot provide the required evidence.
9. Missing items
If an item is missing from your order, you must notify Vrrpha within 7 days of delivery.
You may be asked to provide:
Order number
Photos of the parcel received
Photos of all packaging
Photos of all items received
A description of the missing item
If Vrrpha confirms that an item was missing from the order, we may send the missing item, offer a replacement, issue store credit or process a refund.
10. Return condition
Returned products must be:
Unused
Unfitted
Uninstalled
Not plugged in
Not tested
Clean
Complete
In original packaging
In resaleable condition
Returned with all accessories, seals, labels, manuals and documents
Products that show signs of fitment, installation, testing, use, scratches, marks, damage, grease, tool marks, handling marks, altered condition, missing packaging, or any other condition that suggests the product has been fitted or attempted to be fitted may not be accepted for return.
All returned products must be received and inspected by Vrrpha before any refund, exchange or store credit is approved.
Vrrpha may refuse a return if the product or packaging is damaged, incomplete, opened, marked, scratched, dirty, missing parts, or not resaleable.
11. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
Refunds may take several working days to reflect, depending on the payment provider or bank.
Courier fees, handling fees, restocking fees or payment processing fees may be deducted where allowed by law and where the return is not due to an error by Vrrpha.
Refunds, exchanges or store credits are only processed after the returned product has been received, inspected and approved by Vrrpha, unless Vrrpha agrees otherwise in writing.
If the returned product shows signs of fitment, installation, testing, use, scratches, damage, tool marks, missing packaging, or is not in resaleable condition, Vrrpha may refuse the refund, exchange or store credit.
12. Exchanges
Where possible, Vrrpha may offer an exchange instead of a refund.
Exchanges depend on product availability.
If the replacement item costs more, the customer must pay the difference before the replacement is released.
If the replacement item costs less, Vrrpha may refund or credit the difference.
If the original deal price has ended or the product is no longer available, Vrrpha is not required to supply a replacement at the previous deal price unless otherwise required by law.
13. Store credit
Where appropriate, Vrrpha may offer store credit instead of a refund.
Store credit may be used for future purchases on the Vrrpha website.
Store credit has no cash value unless otherwise required by law.
14. Special-order items
Special-order items are ordered specifically for the customer.
Special-order items may not be cancelled, returned or refunded once ordered from the supplier, unless:
The incorrect item was supplied by Vrrpha
The product is defective
The supplier accepts the return
A return is required by law
Special-order lead times are estimates only and may be affected by supplier delays, courier delays, import delays, stock changes, public holidays or other factors outside Vrrpha’s control.
15. Fitment responsibility
Customers are responsible for checking product compatibility before ordering.
Fitment may depend on vehicle make, model, year, engine, variant, VIN, production split, part number, market specification, gearbox type, body shape, previous repairs or modifications.
If you are unsure whether a part will fit, contact Vrrpha before placing your order.
If the customer orders a part using incorrect, incomplete or unconfirmed vehicle information, the return may be refused unless otherwise required by law.
16. How to request a return

Order number
Name and contact details
Reason for return
Vehicle make and model
Year model
Engine, variant or VIN where applicable
Photos of the product and packaging
Whether the product has been opened, fitted, plugged in, installed, tested or used
Do not send any product back before receiving written return approval from Vrrpha.
Products returned without approval may be refused, delayed, returned to the customer, or held until the customer pays any applicable courier costs.
17. Return courier costs
If the return is due to an error by Vrrpha, Vrrpha may arrange or cover the reasonable return courier cost.
If the return is due to customer error, wrong fitment, change of mind, incorrect customer information, or an approved discretionary return, the customer may be responsible for return courier costs.
The customer remains responsible for safely packaging the item for return.
