      1. Introduction

      Welcome to Vrrpha.

      These Terms of Service apply when you access our website, browse our products, place an order, contact us, or use any service provided by Vrrpha Pty (Ltd).

      By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

      Vrrpha Pty (Ltd) is a South African business that offers limited-time automotive parts deals, selected replacement parts, service parts, maintenance parts, and related vehicle part offers.

      2. What Vrrpha sells

      Vrrpha supplies selected automotive parts and related vehicle products through limited-time deals, weekly deals, promotional offers, and normal online product listings.

      Products may include, but are not limited to:

      Service parts
      Maintenance parts
      Filters
      Spark plugs
      Ignition components
      Brake parts
      Sensors
      Replacement parts
      Vehicle-related accessories
      Selected special-order parts
      Other automotive parts listed on the website

      Unless clearly stated otherwise, products sold by Vrrpha are parts only. Labour, fitment, diagnostics, programming, coding, installation, repairs, towing, or workshop services are not included.

      3. Vrrpha Week Deals and limited-time offers

      Vrrpha may run limited-time offers, including but not limited to Vrrpha Week Deals, weekly deal events, flash deals, selected product deals, and stock-limited offers.

      A deal may end when:

      The deal timer runs out;
      The available stock is sold out;
      The supplier stock is no longer available;
      The product is removed or replaced;
      The promotion is changed or ended by Vrrpha; or
      The product is no longer available at the advertised deal price.

      Deal prices are not guaranteed after the deal has ended.

      A product added to cart is not reserved until checkout and payment are successfully completed. Stock may sell out before payment is completed.

      Vrrpha may limit quantities per customer, cancel duplicate or suspicious orders, or refuse bulk buying where we believe a deal is being misused.

      4. Previous prices, discounts and savings

      Where a product shows a previous price, “was” price, discount percentage, saving amount, or similar promotional comparison, this is provided for customer convenience.

      A previous price may refer to:

      A normal selling price;
      A supplier recommended price;
      A previous Vrrpha selling price;
      A market-related reference price; or
      A listed price before the current deal.

      Discounts, savings and previous prices are displayed in good faith, but may change without notice.

      If an obvious pricing error appears on the website, Vrrpha may cancel the order and refund the customer.

      5. Fitment and compatibility

      Fitment is very important when buying vehicle parts.

      Parts may differ depending on vehicle make, model, year, engine, variant, VIN, production split, gearbox type, body shape, part number, market specification, or previous modifications.

      Vrrpha makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information, fitment guidance and compatibility details. However, the customer remains responsible for checking that the part ordered is suitable for their vehicle before checkout.

      If you are unsure whether a part will fit, you should contact Vrrpha before ordering.

      You may be asked to provide:

      Vehicle make and model
      Year model
      Engine size or engine code
      VIN
      Current part number
      Photos of the existing part
      Relevant symptoms or fault codes
      Any other information needed to assist with fitment

      If a customer orders a part based on incorrect, incomplete or unconfirmed vehicle information, Vrrpha may refuse a return or refund unless otherwise required by law.

      6. Product information

      We try to ensure that product titles, images, descriptions, prices, stock status, deal information and fitment information are accurate.

      However, errors may occur.

      Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product supplied, depending on brand, batch, supplier, packaging changes, or product updates.

      Brand names, vehicle names, part numbers and model references may be used for fitment, identification or compatibility purposes only.

      Vrrpha is not affiliated with any vehicle manufacturer or third-party brand unless expressly stated.

      7. Pricing and payment

      All prices are listed in South African Rand unless stated otherwise.

      Prices may change without notice.

      Payment must be completed before an order is processed, packed, ordered from a supplier, or dispatched.

      Vrrpha may use third-party payment providers to process payments securely. Vrrpha does not store full card details.

      If payment fails, is reversed, is flagged as suspicious, or is not completed, Vrrpha may cancel the order.

      8. Stock availability

      Stock status may change without notice.

      A product shown as available may become unavailable due to supplier stock changes, stock count differences, order timing, system delays, high demand, courier delays, or other operational reasons.

      If an ordered product is unavailable, Vrrpha may offer:

      A replacement option;
      A special-order option;
      A delayed delivery option;
      Store credit, where accepted by the customer; or
      A refund.

      Vrrpha is not required to supply a product at the deal price if the product is no longer available due to stock limitations, supplier changes, or a clear listing error.

      9. Special-order items

      Some items may be special-order items.

      Special-order items may have longer lead times and may be ordered from a supplier only after checkout has been completed.

      Special-order items may not be eligible for cancellation, return or refund once ordered from the supplier, unless the item is defective, incorrectly supplied by Vrrpha, or otherwise required by law.

      Estimated lead times are estimates only and may be affected by supplier delays, courier delays, import delays, stock changes, public holidays, strikes, or other factors outside Vrrpha’s reasonable control.

      10. Order processing

      Orders are processed during normal working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

      Vrrpha may contact the customer before processing an order if fitment confirmation, payment confirmation, stock confirmation, or delivery details are needed.

      If the customer does not respond to a fitment or order confirmation request, Vrrpha may delay or cancel the order.

      11. Delivery

      Delivery is handled by third-party courier providers.

      Courier delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

      Vrrpha is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect delivery details, failed delivery attempts, weather, strikes, public holidays, high-volume periods, road closures, supplier delays, or events outside Vrrpha’s reasonable control.

      The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

      Additional delivery charges may apply if a parcel is returned, redirected, re-delivered, or delayed due to incorrect customer information.

      12. Risk and ownership

      Ownership of goods passes to the customer once Vrrpha has received full payment.

      Risk in the goods passes to the customer once the order has been handed over to the courier, unless otherwise required by law.

      Customers must inspect their order as soon as possible after delivery and report any incorrect, damaged or missing items promptly.

      13. Returns and refunds

      Returns and refunds are handled according to the Vrrpha Returns & Refund Policy.

      A return may be refused if:

      The customer ordered the wrong part;
      The customer supplied incorrect vehicle details;
      The customer did not confirm fitment before ordering;
      The product has been fitted, installed, plugged in, used or tested;
      The product packaging has been opened, damaged or discarded;
      The product shows signs of fitment, installation, scratches, marks, tool marks, grease, handling damage, or attempted fitment;
      The product is an electrical part that has been opened, fitted, plugged in or used;
      The product is not returned in resaleable condition;
      The return request falls outside the allowed return period;
      The item was specially ordered and is not defective or incorrectly supplied;
      The item was damaged due to incorrect installation, incorrect diagnosis, or vehicle faults.

      All returned products must be received and inspected by Vrrpha before any refund, exchange or store credit is approved.

      This does not limit any rights the customer may have under applicable South African law.

      14. Warranty

      Products may carry a limited parts warranty, depending on the product, supplier, brand, and warranty terms that apply.

      Warranty claims may be refused where damage or failure is caused by:

      Incorrect fitment;
      Poor installation;
      Incorrect diagnosis;
      Vehicle faults;
      Abuse, misuse or neglect;
      Electrical faults;
      Water damage;
      Modified vehicles;
      Racing, track use or competition use;
      Use outside normal road conditions;
      Failure to follow manufacturer instructions;
      Installation by an unqualified person;
      Wear and tear;
      Damage caused after delivery.

      Proof of purchase and proof of professional fitment may be required.

      For warranty claims, the product may need to be returned to the manufacturer, supplier or authorised warranty assessment channel for inspection and testing.

      Vrrpha may require proof that the product was installed by an RMI-approved repair centre, RMI-approved service centre, approved repair centre, approved service centre, or suitably qualified professional workshop.

      The manufacturer or supplier may assess the product and provide the final warranty outcome, unless Vrrpha is required by law to make a different determination.

      Warranty claims may take approximately 21–30 business days to process once Vrrpha has received all required information and, where applicable, the returned product. This timeframe is an estimate only and may vary depending on supplier, manufacturer, courier, testing or claim complexity.

      Warranty approval is not automatic. Products may need to be inspected, tested, returned to a supplier, returned to a manufacturer, or assessed before a warranty outcome is confirmed.

      If a warranty claim is approved, the customer may choose one of the following remedies, where available and applicable:

      A replacement part;
      A refund to the value of the original purchase price paid for the defective product; or
      Store credit to the value of the original purchase price paid for the defective product.

      Refunds, replacements or store credits do not include labour, fitment, diagnostics, towing, storage, vehicle downtime, repair costs, engine damage, gearbox damage, vehicle damage, consequential loss, or any other related costs unless required by law.

      15. Electrical parts

      Electrical parts are sensitive and may be damaged by incorrect diagnosis, poor installation, short circuits, incorrect voltage, water ingress, or existing vehicle faults.

      For this reason, electrical parts may not be returnable once opened, fitted, plugged in, installed, tested or used, unless proven defective and accepted under the warranty process or required by law.

      Electrical parts may include, but are not limited to:

      Sensors
      Ignition coils
      Control modules
      Switches
      Electronic valves
      Mechatronic or electronic components
      Wiring-related parts
      Solenoids
      Relays
      Actuators
      Electronic fuel or engine management components

      16. Customer responsibilities

      The customer is responsible for:

      Providing accurate contact and delivery information;
      Checking product compatibility before ordering;
      Confirming fitment if unsure;
      Ensuring the part is installed by a competent person;
      Ensuring the vehicle is correctly diagnosed before ordering parts;
      Inspecting goods on delivery;
      Reporting incorrect, damaged or defective goods promptly;
      Keeping proof of purchase;
      Keeping packaging where a return may be required;
      Following all manufacturer, supplier or fitment instructions;
      Keeping the old part, diagnostic reports, proof of fitment and supporting evidence where a warranty claim may be required.

      17. Use of the website

      You may not use this website for unlawful purposes.

      You may not attempt to interfere with the website, misuse the checkout process, copy content without permission, upload harmful code, commit fraud, place false orders, abuse discounts, or manipulate promotions.

      Vrrpha may cancel orders, restrict access, refuse service, or take further action where misuse, fraud, suspicious activity or abuse of deals is detected.

      18. Intellectual property

      All website content, branding, layout, text, images, graphics and design elements are owned by or licensed to Vrrpha unless stated otherwise.

      You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use Vrrpha content without written permission.

      All third-party vehicle names, model names, part numbers and brand references are used for fitment, compatibility and identification purposes only.

      19. Limitation of liability

      To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vrrpha is not liable for indirect loss, loss of income, loss of profit, vehicle downtime, diagnostic costs, labour costs, fitment costs, repair costs, towing costs, storage costs, replacement vehicle costs, travel costs, consequential damage, or costs caused by incorrect installation, incorrect diagnosis, incorrect customer-supplied information, vehicle faults, misuse, or use on an incompatible vehicle.

      Vrrpha supplies parts only and does not provide any separate warranty or cover for engine damage, engine failure, gearbox damage, vehicle damage, repair costs, labour costs, diagnostics, towing, or consequential loss.

      A warranty or claim relating to a part supplied by Vrrpha applies only to the product itself, subject to the applicable supplier, manufacturer, warranty, return, refund, or legally required assessment process.

      Vrrpha will not be responsible for engine damage, engine failure, gearbox damage, vehicle damage, repair costs, towing costs, labour costs, diagnostic costs, or related losses allegedly caused by a supplied part unless liability is required by applicable law and the claim is accepted through the correct manufacturer, supplier, insurer, court, regulator, or other legally recognised assessment process.

      Customers are responsible for ensuring that the part is correctly matched, professionally installed, and that the vehicle is correctly diagnosed before and after fitment.

      Any claim involving engine damage, vehicle damage, repair costs, towing costs or consequential loss may require proof of purchase, proof of installation by an RMI-approved repair or service centre, diagnostic reports, photos, vehicle service history, fault codes, the returned part, and manufacturer or supplier assessment.

      Vrrpha’s liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned, unless otherwise required by law.

      20. Changes to these terms

      Vrrpha may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

      The updated version will apply from the date it is published on the website.
