1. Introduction
This Shipping Policy explains how Vrrpha processes and delivers orders.
Vrrpha Pty (Ltd) supplies selected automotive parts, limited-time vehicle parts deals, service parts, replacement parts, maintenance parts and related automotive products to customers in South Africa.
Delivery times, courier availability and shipping charges may vary depending on the product, delivery area, courier service, supplier location, stock availability and whether the item is a standard-stock or special-order item.
2. Order processing
Orders are processed during normal working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Processing may be delayed if:
Payment has not cleared
Fitment confirmation is required
The customer provides incomplete details
The product is a special-order item
Supplier confirmation is needed
Stock availability changes
Courier collection is delayed
The order contains multiple items from different suppliers
Additional delivery charges or address confirmation are required
Vrrpha may contact the customer before dispatch if we need to confirm fitment, address details, payment, stock availability, product availability or special-order lead times.
If the customer does not respond to a required confirmation request, the order may be delayed or cancelled.
3. Delivery areas
Vrrpha may deliver nationwide within South Africa where courier service is available.
Some remote, outlying, high-risk or difficult-to-access areas may have longer delivery times or additional courier charges.
If delivery to your area is not available or requires an additional cost, Vrrpha may contact you before dispatch.
4. Estimated delivery times
Estimated delivery is usually 5–10 working days from order confirmation, unless a longer lead time is stated on the product page, communicated to the customer, or applies because of supplier availability.
Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and South African public holidays.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
In-stock items are usually processed sooner than special-order items.
Special-order items, supplier-sourced items, bulky items, remote-area deliveries or items shipped from different suppliers may take longer than the standard estimated delivery period.
5. Vrrpha Week Deals and limited-time deal items
Some Vrrpha products are sold as limited-time deals, Vrrpha Week Deals, stock-limited deals, supplier deals or promotional offers.
A deal item may sell out quickly or become unavailable due to high demand, supplier stock changes or stock count differences.
A product added to cart is not reserved until checkout and payment are successfully completed.
If a deal item becomes unavailable after checkout, Vrrpha may offer:
A replacement option
A special-order option
A delayed delivery option
Store credit, where accepted by the customer
A refund
Vrrpha is not responsible for delays caused by supplier stock changes, high deal demand or stock becoming unavailable before an order is confirmed.
6. Courier delivery
Orders are delivered using third-party courier providers.
Courier delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery may be affected by:
Courier delays
Weather
Strikes
Public holidays
High-volume periods
Remote areas
Incorrect address details
Failed delivery attempts
Supplier delays
Stock availability changes
Road closures
Events outside Vrrpha’s reasonable control
Vrrpha will assist where possible, but courier delays and delivery failures may be outside Vrrpha’s direct control.
7. Delivery charges
Delivery charges may be calculated at checkout or communicated before dispatch.
Delivery charges may depend on:
Product size
Product weight
Delivery area
Courier service
Special handling requirements
Supplier location
Remote-area surcharges
Bulky or heavy items
Multiple-parcel shipments
Unless clearly stated otherwise, delivery is not included in the product price.
Vrrpha may offer free delivery promotions from time to time. Free delivery only applies where it is clearly stated and may be subject to minimum order values, product exclusions, delivery area restrictions or promotion terms.
Vrrpha may update delivery charges without notice.
8. Special-order and supplier-sourced items
Some products may be ordered from a supplier after checkout.
Special-order or supplier-sourced items may have longer lead times than standard-stock items.
Estimated special-order lead times are estimates only and may be affected by:
Supplier delays
Supplier stock changes
Import delays
Courier delays
Public holidays
Payment clearance
Product availability
High-volume periods
Events outside Vrrpha’s control
If a special-order item is delayed, Vrrpha may update the customer where reasonably possible.
9. Customer delivery details
The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
This includes:
Full name
Contact number
Email address
Complete delivery address
Suburb
City
Province
Postal code
Business name, if applicable
Any access instructions
Any special delivery instructions
Vrrpha is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned parcels or additional courier costs caused by incorrect or incomplete customer details.
10. Failed delivery attempts
If a courier cannot deliver because the customer is unavailable, unreachable, provides incorrect details, refuses delivery, or does not follow courier instructions, additional courier charges may apply.
If an order is returned to Vrrpha after failed delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for re-delivery costs.
If a customer no longer wants the order after failed delivery attempts, any refund may exclude courier fees and other charges where permitted by law.
11. Damaged parcels
Customers must inspect parcels on delivery.
If the courier packaging is visibly damaged, take photos before opening the parcel.
If the product is damaged, contact Vrrpha as soon as possible and provide:
Order number
Photos of the courier bag or box
Photos of the product packaging
Photos of the damaged item
Delivery date
A short description of the damage
Do not discard the product, courier packaging, labels or internal packaging until Vrrpha or the courier has reviewed the claim.
Damage claims may be refused if the customer does not report the issue promptly or cannot provide the required evidence.
12. Missing or incorrect items
If an item is missing or incorrect, contact Vrrpha as soon as possible.
You may be asked to provide photos of:
The parcel
The courier packaging
The product packaging
All items received
The invoice, waybill or order slip
Vrrpha will investigate the issue and, if confirmed, may arrange a replacement, refund, store credit or other suitable solution.
13. Risk in delivery
Risk in the goods passes to the customer once the parcel is handed to the courier, unless otherwise required by law.
Vrrpha will assist where possible with courier claims, damaged parcel claims or missing parcel investigations, but courier-related delays, losses and delivery failures may be outside Vrrpha’s control.
14. Order tracking
Where available, Vrrpha or the courier may provide tracking information.
Tracking updates are controlled by the courier and may not always update immediately.
If tracking has not updated for a reasonable period, the customer may contact Vrrpha for assistance.
15. No collection option
Vrrpha does not offer customer collection unless Vrrpha expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
All orders are processed for courier delivery.
Customers may not arrive at the business address to collect an order, view products, return products, exchange products, or make enquiries without prior written arrangement from Vrrpha.
If a return is approved, Vrrpha will provide return instructions. Products must not be dropped off at the business address without written approval.
16. No guaranteed delivery dates
Any delivery date, delivery estimate, courier estimate or dispatch estimate shown on the website, in a message, by a courier or by Vrrpha is an estimate only.
Vrrpha does not guarantee delivery on a specific date unless expressly confirmed in writing.
